Executive Presence

brain

Leadership presence is the ability to consistently and clearly articulate a value proposition while influencing and connecting with others. Leadership Presence can be learned and cultivated. Some of the factors that help build Leadership Presence include:

-  Being Present (awareness; ability to focus attention on people or topics without being distracted)
-  Emotional Intelligence (knowing yourself; managing yourself)
-  Gravitas (showing depth; acting with confidence; displaying “grace under fire")
-  Communication Patterns (speaking in a manner that adds value, both compelling and succinct; developing your "signature voice" by communicating authentically, easily and effectively)
Non-verbal Communication or Energy (tone of voice, body language, posture, eye contact)
