Executive Presence

brain

Leadership presence is the ability to consistently and clearly articulate a value proposition while influencing and connecting with others. Leadership Presence can be learned and cultivated. Some of the factors that help build Leadership Presence include:

-  Being Present (ability to focus attention on people or topics without being distracted)
-  Emotional Intelligence (know yourself; manage yourself)
Signature Voice (demonstrating your authentic value)
-  Gravitas (showing depth; acting with confidence; displaying “grace under fire")
-  Communication patterns (speaking in a manner that adds value, both compelling and succinct)
-  Mastery of the non-verbal or energy (tone of voice, body language, posture, eye contact)
